FIZZEO Physiotherapy was established in 2009 with the key objective focused on improving community health.  With an existing Physiotherapy practice already part of the initiative, it was easy work to decide on the name and honour the roots of this dynamic enterprise.

In 2010, FIZZEO Fitness was established, when it was decided that a broader approach to community health will be taken whereby FIZZEO can provide the community with health products, basic exercise and injury management equipment.  In 2011, the only spinning studio in Kempton Park external to an official gym was purchased in September 2011.  FIZZEO Fitness is fast expanding, and a strategic partnership with a private personal training studio is currently in the pipeline.  Watch this space!

Furthermore in September 2011,FIZZEO Catering Hire was established with three slush machines for hire for private and corporate events. This interest in supplying equipment for events led to collaboration with a local events and marketing company, and FIZZEO Events was established which now provides an event co-ordination and planning service as well as venue and décor hiring services.

Peggy Silber

Senior Physiotherapist    
Qualified as physiotherapist from the University of Pretoria in 1958.  Established physiotherapy practices at Thembisa and Kempton Park Hospitals.  Private practitioner since 1994, and senior physiotherapist at FIZZEO since 2008.

Sonja Nel

Portfolio: Catering Hire and Events
Experienced business manager and executive assistant.  Qualified as wedding and events planner in 2010 and won the Best Wedding Planner Award 2010 from SA School of Weddings.  Independent business owner since 2009.

Shene Jordaan

Portfolio: Administration
Over 10 years executive administration experience. Qualified as wedding and events planner in 2010 and jointly won the Best Wedding Planner Award 2010 from SA School of Weddings. Employee at FIZZEO since 2010.
